I am a strong negotiator who accurately handles every detail of the transaction as your fierce representative and voice - preparing all offers and counters, agency contracts, disclosures, purchase agreements, addenda and reports. I guide my clients through the intimidating and sometimes scary home inspection period and work closely with escrow companies, lenders, home inspector and pest control to ensure all terms and conditions are met before closing dates because again, nobody likes upsetting surprises after they get the keys.
