I insist on comparing your desired property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price (CMA)... all in an effort to stay in tune with fair market values and protect your money in the end. This provides assurance that the list price, offer price and APPRAISAL all are in line before allowing the client to determine their offer price.
I am a strong negotiator who accurately handles every detail of the transaction as your fierce representative and voice - preparing all offers and counters, agency contracts, disclosures, purchase agreements, addenda and reports. I guide my clients through the intimidating and sometimes scary home inspection period and work closely with escrow companies, lenders, home inspector and pest control to ensure all terms and conditions are met before closing dates because again, nobody likes upsetting surprises after they get the keys.
